In this tutorial, you can learn how to troubleshoot issues with the Flexmonster UI and the Flexmonster server.
Basic troubleshooting
Start troubleshooting Flexmonster with the following steps:
Step 1. Check the console in the browser's developer tools for errors.
Step 2. Check the Flexmonster server logs for additional information.
Step 3. Check whether your issue is present in the list of common client-side or server-side issue.
Step 4. Update the Flexmonster server and check if the issue is still present.
Step 5. Completely reinstall the Flexmonster server and check if the issue is still present. See how to uninstall the server.
Step 6. Report the issue if no solution is found.
How to report the issue
If the troubleshooting did not help you resolve the issue, raise a support ticket and provide the following information:
- The error message. If there is none, provide a screenshot or a video recording of the issue.
- Instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
If the issue is related to the Flexmonster server, additionally include the following:
- The operating system on which the server runs.
- The server version.
- The server logs.
